Return & Refund Policy
- Sale Items are still applicable for Exchange/Return.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- Fragrance(s) must contain at least 95% or more of original liquid and be in original packaging (box in tact)
- Fragrances Oil is not liable for any return packages that may become lost, damaged, or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Refund Options

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact hello@fragrancesoil.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.
Order Cancellation
If you have not yet received your order, please contact hello@fragrancesoil.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund.
Please note that if you have decided to cancel your order and your order has already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods so we can process your refund, the whole amount of the order will be refunded to you excluding shipping charges.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Only the cost (subtotal) of the products you originally ordered will be refunded. For orders that qualified for "Free Shipping," the original shipping cost will still be deducted from the refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. By placing an order with our store, you agree to our return policy and all other terms and conditions.
We use USPS as our shipping courier all of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. . If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS customer care in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
