Buyer beware

I dont usually leave negative reviews but felt it necessary so hopefully the issue can be addressed.
I received my fist set of roll on perfumes in a timely manner and they were packaged beautifully. Sadly, as soon as I opened the box all of the roller balls had oil leaking out. All the labels were off and at that point could no longer decipher which fragrances were which.
I reached out to the company and sent photos and was offered a 20% refund and I can keep the bottles. Since I can no longer decipher what was what and the roll-ons were leaking profusely, that to me did not even seem like a fair offer. As a matter of fact I thought it was pretty insulting. They could obviously see the state and condition they were in. After I responded with my concerns regarding that offer I was advised that they would send me a new set. I just received the replacements yesterday and they were packaged tightly but sadly as soon as I open the little boxes the roller balls came in and I opened one up the roller balls were leaking again and went all over the labels Etc. At this point I give up. I certainly hope that they will replace these roll on perfume balls they are currently using. Every single rollerball I received leaks. The fragrances themselves seem pretty potent and have some longevity sadly they are unusable.
